Shipping Policy
- All domestic orders will be shipped via courier service. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
- Shipping fees, free-shipping promotions and applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Estimated delivery is generally within 3–5 working days after the order has been shipped, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Shipping
- Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from JG Wellness Sdn Bhd.
- Unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- If the return is due to a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, JG Wellness Sdn Bhd will advise on the applicable return or replacement arrangement.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning an item. JG Wellness Sdn Bhd cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost before they are received by us.
- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the full return, exchange and refund conditions.
EXCHANGE ( applicable for online purchase only )
- We only replace items that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
- If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact JG Wellness Sdn Bhd within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the required photo or video evidence.
- Once the issue is verified, we will advise you on the appropriate exchange or replacement arrangement.
- Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund, where applicable.
- Please do not return any item before receiving return instructions from JG Wellness Sdn Bhd.
