Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please allow us to assist you by contacting info@jgscents.com.
To process a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Photos : Upon receiving your package, check everything. If there are issues, take clear photos of the items (including the scents and types), the outer box, and the Airway Bill.

2. Videos : For malfunctioning or cracked items, please make a video and send it to info@jgscents.com.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in good condition.
We cannot process refunds for orders received beyond this timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
● If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

● If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jgscents.com.
